Ceremony music
The ceremony is the emotional center of your wedding, and live cello gives it a warm, timeless sound. Kim plays guest arrival music, the processional, the bridal entrance, and the recessional, planned around the timing of your ceremony.
You can choose classic ceremony pieces, a modern love song arranged for cello, or a mix of both. Song requests are welcome, so a piece that means something to you can be part of the moment you walk down the aisle.
Cocktail-hour music
After the ceremony, the mood shifts to celebration. For cocktail hour, Kim moves into upbeat, recognizable songs such as pop covers and favorites your guests will know, keeping the energy up while everyone mingles.
Performing with backing tracks lets a single cellist deliver full, layered arrangements of popular songs, so cocktail hour sounds rich without needing a full band.
Classical to pop, solo or with backing tracks
Kim plays all styles of music, from classical repertoire to contemporary pop. She can perform solo for an intimate, acoustic feel, or with backing tracks for a bigger, more modern sound, depending on the part of the day and the atmosphere you want.
The golden cello
Kim performs on a custom golden cello, and it photographs beautifully. Beyond the music, it becomes a memorable visual detail in your ceremony and cocktail-hour photos and videos.
